At Pure Air, we prioritize thoroughness and quality. To ensure your ducts are cleaned to the highest standard, we use state-of-the-art equipment, including a 5,000 CFM duct vacuum, and a 13HP two-stage compressor to power various air tools. Our team meticulously goes through each vent to dislodge any contaminants and debris, leaving your ducts clean and clear. After cleaning your ductwork, we will seal all access holes and test your system to ensure it runs properly. We will also take before and after pictures and videos to confirm that the job was done correctly.
We utilize specialized air tools to extract the accumulated lint from your dryer duct. The extracted lint is collected in a bag outside, allowing you to see the amount of lint removed.
We offer electrostatic filters and UV lights to improve your indoor air quality. Our electrostatic filters remove up to 97% of airborne particles, while our UV lights use powerful ultraviolet technology to reduce odors, toxic compounds, and kill mold and mildew in your ductwork.
If we encounter damaged or deteriorated ductwork, we will repair it for you. We cannot clean dryer vents with flexible hoses due to their fragility. Instead, we replace them with 4-inch hard pipes that extend all the way outside.

Ducts are often out of sight and out of mind, but they play a crucial role in your home's air quality. It is recommended to have your ductwork cleaned every 5-10 years, depending on various factors. Regular cleaning can result in less dust in your home, improved HVAC system efficiency, lower utility bills, a longer furnace lifespan, and a healthier living environment. While we cannot guarantee health benefits, such as relief from allergy symptoms, coughing, sneezing, and improved breathing, our service often produces these results.
Our prices range from $400 to $650 per system, depending on your home's size. This includes cleaning all ductwork (supply runs and trunks + return runs + all plenums) and the blower compartment, inspecting and cleaning your coil if necessary with a no-rinse cleaner, and sanitizing your ductwork. Additionally, a dryer vent cleaning costs an extra $50 to $100, depending on its length. If we find any ripped or torn ductwork, we will recommend replacing it for an additional fee.
Dryer fires account for a large number of home fires each year and this is avoidable by having your dryer vent cleaned. If you notice that it takes you longer to dry your clothes, then it's high time to have your dryer vent cleaned. We recommend having it cleaned every couple of years.
